Kohlschein family holds the town right to brew from 1721 and the brewing tradition devolves from generation to generation.

Michael and Franz-Axel are cousins and current owners what makes them the 10th generation holding Warburger Brewery. 300 years' tradition obligate us to keep the best quality of our products and continuously develop the business, so the the next generation will have durable base to work on. Nowadays we are one of few family owned microbreweries, with traditional German style beers and, what is more important, 100% clear and natural brewing process. We recognize combining traditional brewing with ongoing expanding our beer portfolio as the main role for our generation.
